UK Customers:

1) Use the Buy Now Google™ Checkout buttons.

2) Call us on the number above. We can manually process card orders, and would be happy to help with any pre-purchase advise you need.

3) For more than one item we can send you a Google™ Checkout invoice for secure payment via the Google™ website, or of course you are welcome to call us.

4) Call or use the contact form to request a PayPal invoice.

Non UK Customers:

1) Sorry you cannot use the Buy Now Google™ Checkout buttons (the price only includes UK mainland delivery charges, not European delivery charges)

2) Call or email us (If our 0845 251 9090 number does not work in your country dial +44 1603 710549 9.30-5.30 UK time).

3) Contact us and request a Google™ Checkout invoice for secure payment via the Google™ website. This invoice will include either airmail or DHL delivery charges.

4) Call or use the contact form to request a PayPal invoice.

5) For your security, please do not send credit or debit card details in a plain text email.

Delivery:

UK mainland delivery costs are included in all our website prices.

We send most in stock items by City Link next working day carriers if you order by 11.00 in the morning (Small items may go by post and take longer).

Deliveries outside the UK are by Fed Ex or DHL (With tracking number). European delivery averages 1-2 working days.

Timed Deliveries:

Saturday AM delivery before 12.00 is £15.00 extra to most parts of the UK mainland (Not be available in some areas of NW Scotland)

Weekday AM delivery before 12.00 is £6.00 extra to most parts of the UK mainland (Not be available in some areas of NW Scotland)
